Wagman completed a 27,000-square-foot warehouse for Gelest, Inc. Bimax in Glen Rock, Pennsylvania. The building was designed to store chemicals and also includes office space to support the daily operations of Bimax. Having both the warehouse and offices in one location helps the company work more efficiently.
Because of the materials being stored, the warehouse includes special safety features, such as a gas detection system to help protect workers and products. The building also meets all required safety codes for chemical storage.
The project team built strong relationships with the owner and subcontractors, which helped keep the work moving—even during the cold winter months. Thanks to this teamwork and commitment, Wagman was able to stay on schedule and turn the building over to the owner on time.
