The Wagman University for Professional Development is a program administered by Wagman to provide opportunities for Wagman Employees to participate in Professional Development and Continuous Learning sessions.

Professional Development Program

The professional development series is a program offered each year for current and prospective managers at Wagman. The professional development series focuses on management and leadership skills to promote continuous improvement in all areas of the organization.


Continuous Learning Program

The Continuous Learning Program

The Continuous Learning Program is available to office and field personnel to provide training to improve their knowledge and understanding of best practices and changes in the industry as a whole.

Training programs will be conducted in Wagman’s York office and facilitated by an outside consultant or a Wagman employee.
