ZIP, simply stated, says that no injury is acceptable, and raises the bar to the highest position of safety performance. Wagman believes that awareness is key to its safety performance, and communicates job site safety on a daily basis.
Wagman has a team of full time dedicated safety personnel who educate and ensure safe working conditions. Ongoing education programs keep safety first and foremost in the minds and activities of Wagman personnel. On site, Foreman conduct Safety Huddles and Stretch & Flex exercises every morning to start the day safely.

The American Road & Transportation Builders Association-Transportation Development Foundation (ARTBA-TDF) recently recognized Wagman with the ARTBA-TDF 2016 Contractor Safety Award.
National Safety Award Recognition
Pete Kaplan, Project Safety Manager was recognized as one of National Safety Council’s “Rising Stars of Safety”. Kaplan is one of forty honorees in the Class of 2015, which includes safety professionals from across the country.
VTCA Safety Award
Wagman received an Honorable Mention Contractor Safety Award at the 2017 VTCA Conference. The award recognizes companies who provide a safe work environment for employees and the general public who travel through work zones.
